Frankfurt/ Zurich, 26 May 2011. Hostettler, Kramarsch&Partner (hkp///),
an independent European consulting firm focused on performance management
and compensation, has formed a strategic alliance with US-based,
independent compensation advisor Pay Governance LLC, the two firms
announced today.
The new transatlantic partnership of the two independent partner-led
consulting firms aims to serve clients globally by combining their in-depth
expertise in the specific regions, access to knowledgeable market insights
and awareness of growing trends. The alliance is based on a comprehensive
pool of expertise in each organization's respective consulting areas, as
well as, a shared set of core values.
As independent, partner-led consulting firm, Pay Governance and hkp///
possess all the relevant competences, market insights and practical
experience needed to assist Boards of Directors and senior management in
the design and development of effective management compensation programs
for companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
The firms will continue to be independent entities in their respective
markets. Their alliance will come to life in client projects, market
research and marketing activities. For example, client workshops and events
will be organized and distributed under the two firms' co-brand.
Both companies were founded by individuals with a joint history and long
consultancy track record in the area of executive compensation and
