Hostettler, Kramarsch&Partner acquires Corporate Consulting&Technology
New division hkp/// compensation insights&technology makes hkp/// a
leader in compensation surveys, benchmarking and related technology
Zurich/Geneva/Frankfurt am Main, August 2, 2011. Hostettler, Kramarsch&Partner (hkp///) announces the acquisition of Geneva-based Corporate
Consulting&Technology (CCT) with effect from August 1, 2011. The
transaction results in the foundation of a new division: hkp///
compensation insights&technology.
The acquisition of CCT makes hkp/// a leading provider of compensation
survey and benchmark services, with more than 150,000 lines of executive
and other compensation data in sectors such as banking, insurance, life
sciences, public administration, and international and non-governmental
organizations in Switzerland, Germany, Luxemburg and France.
With this transaction, six employees will join the new hkp/// office in
Geneva. Founder, owner and President of CCT, Jean-Pierre Cubizolle, becomes
Senior Partner at hkp/// and joins the Group Management Board. He brings
more than 30 years of global HR and consulting experience to the hkp///
team. He also becomes a Member of the Board of the Directors of the new
company hkp/// Survey&Benchmarking AG, with the objective of driving the
international growth. The CCT products CCT-ProSurvey(TM) and CCT-ProFil(TM)
will continue to be maintained to conduct total remuneration surveys and
position evaluations.
Dr. Stephan Hostettler and Michael H. Kramarsch, Managing Partners and
majority owners of hkp///, are convinced that CCT is a perfect addition
strengthening the existing hkp/// service portfolio. 'This opens up great
opportunities for hkp///. With Jean-Pierre Cubizolle, we benefit from the
expertise of a highly experienced HR and compensation consultant. From our
new Geneva office we can serve our clients in the French-speaking area much
better. CCT's strengths are a perfect complement to our own activities',
says Dr. Stephan Hostettler.
Michael H. Kramarsch confirms: 'Our global clients need reliable,
customized market compensation insights. CCT has 20 years of experience in
this field, reliable processes and technology and a strong market
reputation in key industries. Together we will grow this business segment
internationally and offer supporting technology to our clients.'
For Jean-Pierre Cubizolle, the integration is a unique opportunity for CCT:
'It was important for me to maintain our many long-standing client
relationships in a consulting environment that values integrity, quality
and professional excellence, and is focused on customers. I am proud to
join hkp/// as Senior Partner. Together we have the capacity to serve our
clients even better.'
