BlazeMaster's UL Listing has been updated so that the requirements for solid
wood match the requirements of the composite listing for unfinished basements.
The critical changes for solid wood are the following:
* Increased maximum sprinkler spacing along the joists from 12 to 16 feet
* Increased maximum sprinkler spacing across the joists from 12 to 14 feet
* Increased joist spacing from 16 to 24 inches
* Increased maximum ceiling height from 8 to 10 feet
All of these changes enable additional design flexibility for installers,
boosting the overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness of a BlazeMaster system
installation-all without sacrificing performance.
