INC Research Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

Raleigh, N.C., Oct. 6, 2014 - INC Research Holdings, Inc. (INC Research), a
leading, global Phase I to IV contract research organization, today announced it
has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) related to a proposed initial public offering of its
common stock. The number of shares to be offered by INC Research and its
stockholders and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
The Company has applied to list its common stock on The NASDAQ Global Market
under the ticker symbol "INCR." INC Research expects to use the net proceeds it
receives from the offering to refinance its existing long-term debt as further
specified in the registration statement.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse are serving as joint lead book-running
managers for the offering. Baird, William Blair and Wells Fargo are serving as
co-managers for the offering.
