THREEGOLD Resources Inc. Announces the Appointment of New Director

(firmenpresse) - VAL D'OR, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/09/14 -- THREEGOLD Resources Inc. (NEX: THG.H) ("Threegold" or "the company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jon Snelson, a long time shareholder of the company, to the board of directors.

Mr. Snelson brings a wealth of financial planning experience and knowledge which is demonstrated in his creative and unique way of approaching situations. Mr. Snelson is a Certified Financial Planner with Snelson & Associates. He had a career in banking for 13 years prior to becoming an independent consultant in 1982. Furthermore he is also accredited with his Canadian Securities Course and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter designation.

Threegold is also pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a private group to sell the Dome Lemieux project. The terms of the sale are as follows: 25,000 dollars on signing, 70,000 dollars on or before the 31st of October, and 225,000 dollars in shares in a company to be formed within 1 year.
