Thomas Ahlström appointed Chairman of Ahlstrom's Nomination Board
Ahlstrom Corporation's Nomination Board has today elected Thomas Ahlström
amongst its members as Chairman. The appointment follows the resignation of its
former Chairman Pertti Korhonen from Ahlstrom's Board of Directors effective as
of October 1, 2014.
The Nomination Board comprises representatives of the three largest shareholders
of Ahlstrom as of May 31, 2014, and in addition, Chairman of the company's Board
of Directors and a person nominated by the company's Board of Directors as
members. Its duties include preparing proposals to the Annual General Meeting
for the election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors and
the remuneration of the Board committees and the Nomination Board.
