Lucky Punch Inc. in talks with Energy Phoenix S.A.
Lucky Punch Inc. is in talks with the Chilean Energy Phoenix S.A. over the
purchase of four salt mines with high lithium carbonate content. Subsidiary
Lucky Punch Mining Ltda., responsible for the exploration on the South
American continent finds itself in negotiations over the acquisition of
four terrains in northern Chile. The 'Salares ' Llamara, Pedernales, Salar
del Huasco and Maricunga show above average occurrence of lithium
carbonate, needed for the production of pure lithium.
Mr. Hugo Pinto, managing director of Lucky Punch Mining Ltda. and CFO of
Lucky Punch Inc. is pleased over the possible enhancement: 'In the
acquisition of the four properties in northern Chile I see an extremely
valuable addition to the portfolio of Lucky Punch in the South American
area. I expect, that we will see the conclusion of this deal very soon. '

rare-earth metals. The company is publicly traded at Frankfurt's Open
