Merlin Awarded $89M BPA Services Contract for HHS
(firmenpresse) - VIENNA, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/15/14 -- Merlin International, a leading cyber security and IT solutions provider to the federal government, today announced that the company has been awarded a five year, $89 million professional services contract for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This enterprise-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide professional services and support across HHS; the first task order for Merlin will be to continue operational support for the HHS Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC).
The CSIRC was established by HHS to protect computer systems and information, provide expertise in security management and consulting across the Department, and to serve as a focal point for security information, incidents, and management for the Department.
