Valetta, Malta. June 27, 2011, - iVegas Gaming Ltd., an emerging online
entertainment provider (Börse:IVL.F), today announced that Adriano Cefai
has been appointed to the position of Chairman and President.
'Dr. Cefai has been an invaluable advisor to the company over the past
number of years', comments company Board Member Jacquie. Bauer. ' We are
extremely pleased that he has taken on a new and important role within our
management team.'.
Dr. Adriano Cefai is a resident of the country of Malta. He was conferred
with a Doctorate of Laws (LL.D.) from the University of Malta in 2005.
Following his apprenticeship with Cefai&Associates, in corporate law and
administration, he furthered his studies at Queen Mary University (London)
where he was awarded with merit an LL.M. in Trusts and International&EC
Tax Planning.
Adriano in 2009 co-founded Fides Corporate Services Limited and related
entities with the vision of creating a young dynamic and specialist
consultancy and corporate services provider. Over the years he has
developed extensive knowledge with in the online gaming industry.
Adriano is a member of the Chamber of Advocates, Institute of Financial
Services Providers, Finance Malta, Malta Institute of Management,
I am pleased to be a part of the online industry and now I am excited to
take on this formal role at iVegas Gaming' comments Dr. Cefai. 'We are
assembling a great product, a solid management team and an experienced
Board of Directors and I am proud to take on this leadership role.'
Adriano will be based in the companies Malta offices.
