The service provider agreement entered into with Dart Appraisal is part of a strategic product expansion of services and products to be offered by the Certified Companies as part of its service portfolio, which includes, among other things, an extensive line of mortgage, commercial, employment and tenant reporting products and services. The Certified Companies introduction of real estate appraisal services is designed to better serve its wide client base in the lending industry. As a leading AMC, Dart Appraisal will provide clients of Certified Companies with a comprehensive suite of fully compliant and warranted valuation products.
