Intrepid Mines Limited: Buy-Back Booklet Mailed to Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/17/14 -- Intrepid Mines Limited (ASX: IAU) ("Intrepid" or the "Company") advises that the Buy-Back Booklet ("Booklet") and Buy-Back Acceptance Forms for the Company's equal access Buy-Back were mailed to shareholders on Friday 17 October 2014.
The Buy-Back, which is subject to shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday 18 November 2014, will be an off-market equal access offer for the Company to acquire up to A$110 million of Intrepid shares from existing shareholders.
The Booklet sets out the terms and conditions of the Buy-Back and how to participate in the Buy-Back.
