Frankfurt am Main, 30 June 2011 - With signing sate 29 June 2011 and
closing as of today, Heliad Equity Partners GmbH&Co. KGaA ('Heliad') sold
its investment in the cash and valuable services provider Unicorn. The
investment of Heliad in Unicorn was sold to management as part of a
Management Buy-out.
The agreed purchase price will generate an accounting profit on the level
of Heliad. Moreover, an earn-out structure with the purchaser was agreed,
so that Heliad continues to participate in the future potential of the
company.
