P+P has promoted two partners from within their own ranks:
Christian Tönies, LL.M. joined P+P in 2004. He specializes in legal advice
to institutional and private investors in the private equity field with a
focus on venture capital, M&A and mezzanine financing transactions. In
these areas he has established a name for himself in the market.
Dr Stephan Viskorf joined P+P in 2007. He focuses on legal and tax advice
of family businesses as well as succession planning and advising private
clients. Stephan is CEO and co-founder of a Munich based taxation panel
('Münchner Unternehmensteuerforum'), organizing quarterly symposia on
scientific tax issues with judges, representatives of both the financial
administration and science as well as with highly experienced lawyers and
tax advisors.
Dr Michael Inhester, member of the P+P board, comments: 'P+P has gained two

January, well-known real estate expert Dr Wolfram Pätzold joined the law
firm and only one month later, renowned M&A and private equity lawyer Dr
Jan Wildberger and tax expert Dr Pia Dorfmueller has boosted the Frankfurt
office with international experience.
