(Thomson Reuters ONE) - This report summarizes Lappland Goldminers AB (publ) production ofgold for the second quarter 2009.Production of Gold* Total gold production during the quarter of 256 kg ( 8,131 tr.oz )* Accumulated gold production January to June of 369 kg ( 11,864 tr.oz )* In 2009 the company estimates total gold production of more than 900 kg (28,936 tr.oz)Underground production from Pahtavaara began in December 2008 ,following develpoment of underground acess to mining areas andcontinuous production was achieved from May 2009. The totalproduction during the first half of 2009 was 286 kg gold (9,195tr.oz).On April 29 gold production started from a previously minedmineralized stock pile located outside the mill in Blaiken.
