African Opportunities Investment Capital Ltd. (AOIC)-Additional
investments.
In line with the company's mandate to invest into emerging markets, AOIC is
taking full advantage of the stable and growing emerging market conditions
in South Africa , (AOIC) has enhanced its current and envisaged portfolio
of businesses with a number of new proposed acquisitions of high yield
assets, secured investments as well as a number of existing businesses
opportunities. AOIC will acquire additional investments after due process
of already identified and contracted potential opportunities to enhance
AOIC's existing portfolio of current and proposed investments in Mining,
ICT and Property to include investments into the Medical sector , a
Property Fund and wishes to include an exposure to companies in the
Financial sector.
The directors of AOIC are experienced and established business
entrepreneurs blending large corporate experience together with
entrepreneurial business experience covering business interests
predominantly based in South Africa. Several of the directors have served
in notable positions on the boards of prominent companies that have been
listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
AOIC established a sound investment process and structure that can be used
with confidence by international investors looking to participate in the
superior returns offered by emerging market economies. By utilizing the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange as a means for investors to acquire, rebalance and
easily exit their emerging market exposures via an investor friendly
structure., Investments can be made into high yielding emerging markets via
a Frankfurt listed stock. Resulting in the emerging market exposure being
obtained via a bourse which is subject to European rules and governance.
Investors can take advantage of our limited preference share offer with
Preference Shares yielding 7% p.a. as well as an investment in ordinary
shares if required. We have already started placement of AOIC Preference
Shares and Ordinary Shares and interest to date has been exciting and is
progressing well. AOIC directors will be undertaking a German based road
