increase

Brandenburg (Havel), July 22, 2011 - The AUTEV AG, a 20 per cent subsidiary
company of COMplus Technologies SE, on July 18 announced the closing of a
capital transaction. In the context of a capital increase the
internationally operating engineering and service supplying company,
primarily active in the fields of LED lighting, industrial and
environmental technology, generated gross revenue of issue of estimated 1.3
million Euros.
This newly gained liquidity provides the financial room for manoeuvres
needed by the AUTEV AG in terms of further support of the growth target as
well as to strengthen its capital base.
It is primarily the section of LED industrial lighting which in terms of a
further increase of sales potential is limited by the 100 per cent capacity
utilization. Therefore the raised financial resources will for the most
part be used for the expansion and development of the manufacturing
capacity within the promising and strongly growing market of industrial
lamp with LED. Within the scope of these objectives the AUTEV AG
additionally founded a new project company, the 'AuLED GmbH.'.
Uwe Maiberg, managing director and member of the board of COMplus
Technologies SE explains: 'Presently we are highly pleased with the
operational development of the AUTEC AG. The demand for industrial lighting
with LED is permanently growing not least because of its significant
cost-and efficiency benefits. Consequently the continuous development of
the company's product portfolio and the expansion of manufacturing capacity
are both the next important steps to be taken.'
