Rebootizer, London, 22nd July 2011, the international group focused on the
functional food market announces Further to our previous announcement on 31
March 2011 concerning the raising by the Company of additional
subscriptions the Company is disappointed to have to announce that the full
amount was not raised due to some subscription monies not being received.
The Company is now pursuing other options and is currently in discussions
with other potential investors to subscribe for new shares in the Company.
These discussions are at an advanced stage but are subject to due diligence
and regulatory approval and there is no guarantee that the discussions will
come to a successful conclusion. In the event that the Company is not
successful in those discussions the financial position of the Company will
be under serious stress and the Directors would have to review all options.
