Toronto, Canada -- July 21, 2011 Greenworld Wind Power Co. Ltd. (Greenworld
Wind): Deutsche Börse symbol: GWDA (www.greenworldpower.ca), advised today
that it has executed a reverse stock split on the basis of 1 new share for
every 100 shares outstanding as of the date of record, July 18, 2011. This
recapitalization required a temporary halt in trading while the reverse
split was executed, and during which time the Company was issued a new
ticker symbol, ISIN number and WKN number, as indicated below.
