Incentive program for senior executives at Systemair

Systemair AB's (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) main owner Färna Invest, owned by
CEO Gerald Engström, issues 520,000 call options for Systemair shares to 19
people in senior positions.

The incentive program runs over three years from 24 October 2014. No dilution of
the share or cost will occur for Systemair AB, since it is Färna Invest that
issues the call options.

All employees who received the offer have accepted.
