FINDLAY, Ohio, Oct. 29, 2014 - Marathon Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: MPC)
announced today that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.50 per
share on common stock. The dividend is payable on Dec. 10, 2014, to shareholders
of record as of the close of business Nov. 19, 2014.
On Oct. 30, MPC will provide an update on its 2014 third-quarter results through
an earnings news release, to be followed by a conference call scheduled for 10
a.m. EDT that day. Interested investors can listen to the conference call on
