This appointment follows the transition of Barry Schwartz as the company's Chief Executive Officer to the new position of Chief Operating Officer with production responsibility for all brand and product lines. The company is securing financing to move forward with its business objectives. An executive search is under way for a Chief Financial Officer and it will complete its outstanding SEC filings shortly.
