NexgenRx Extends Term of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/14 -- NEXGENRX INC. ("NexgenRx" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: NXG) announces that it has successfully made application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend the term of all outstanding common share purchase warrants granted pursuant to the Corporation's private placement which closed on October 31, 2011 (the "Warrants") from thirty-six (36) months to forty-eight (48) months from the date of issuance in accordance with Exchange policies. The Warrants that are the subject of the extension consist of an aggregate of 1,200,000 Warrants, each with an exercise price of $0.30 per Warrant. The foregoing Warrants are set to expire on October 31, 2014 and the application that has been submitted to (and approved by) the Exchange is to extend the expiry date until October 31, 2015.
