TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - REPLACEMENT

This replaces the announcement HUG1434930 released at 0701am earlier today. The
difference is the nominal value of the ordinary shares.

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Transense Technologies
plc (the 'Company') notifies the market of the following:

Transense Technologies plc's issued share capital consists of 132,207,136
ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each in the Company with voting
rights ('Ordinary Shares'). Transense Technologies plc does not hold any
Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Transense Technologies plc is
132,207,136 (the 'Figure').

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, Transense Technologies plc.
