Pegasystems Completes Acquisition of Turkish Partner, Ultima Information Technology
(firmenpresse) - CAMBRIDGE, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/31/14 -- (NASDAQ: PEGA), the software company powering the digital enterprise, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Ultima Information Technology based in Istanbul, Turkey. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Ultima will be re-named Pegasystems Information Technology, or Pegasystems IT, and will provide additional local sales, delivery and support resources to the Turkish market.
