Horgen, November 3, 2014 - The share buy-back programme on the second trading
line at the SIX Swiss Exchange which commenced in December 2012 was terminated
on October 31, 2014. Schweiter Technologies AG has purchased 11,864 of its own
bearer shares through a second trading line which corresponds to 0.82% of the
current share capital and voting rights. It is intended that approval for
cancellation of the repurchased bearer shares will be sought at the Annual
General Meeting on May 6, 2015.
