Castle Peak Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/14/11 -- Castle Peak Mining Ltd. ('Castle Peak' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: CAP) reports it has granted a total of 490,000 stock options to a director and employees of Castle Peak pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options have an exercise price of $0.52 per share for a period of ten years expiring on July 13, 2021. The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
