CHC Realty Capital Corp. Announces Filing of Articles of Amendment
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/03/14 -- CHC Realty Capital Corp. ("CHC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CHC) wishes to announce that it has filed the previously announced amendment to its articles of incorporation effective October 30, 2014. The amendment added retraction rights to the share conditions attaching to the common shares of the Company so that it will be able to qualify as a "mutual fund corporation" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) and the regulations thereunder. The articles of amendment were approved by the shareholders of the Company at the annual and special meeting of its shareholders held on October 9, 2014 and the Company has received final acceptance of the articles of amendment from the TSX Venture Exchange.
