La Tomate Blanche offers traditional Italian cuisine that has become the favourite for business lunches on the South Shore of Montreal. Le Vestibule signe l'Aurochs, a casual wine bar, is a popular choice for cocktail hours and dinners out with friends. Finally, l'Aurochs, an urban steakhouse, is the perfect place for steak and seafood lovers that are looking for quality products in an accessible and friendly environment.

About Claude Labonte, CEO, Groupe Restos DIX30
Claude Labonte has built an impressive career in the restaurant industry; he has become one of the most respected franchisees in the country. One of his first major roles was taking on the development of all Van Houtte coffee shops in Quebec. Then, in the 1990s Mr. Labonte became the largest Burger King franchisee in Canada as he led the development of Burger King Restaurants in Quebec. In recent years, Mr. Labonte has served on several committees as a consultant for the Marketing Committee of Canada and to the Global Purchasing Committee. He was also President and Treasurer, Quebec, for the Canadian Association of Franchisees. Since 2006, Mr. Labonte has served as CEO of Groupe Restos DIX30.
Mr. Labonte has won several awards, including Franchisee of the Year in 1995, Vision 2000 Burger King in 1996, Developer of the Year (Canada) in 1997, and the Whopper Crystal Franchisee Award in 2000.
About Maxime Caron-Labonte, Director of Operations, Groupe Restos DIX30
Maxime Caron-Labonte has led a successful career in the restaurant industry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Management and International Management from HEC Montreal, and a Master's in International Management with a specialization in Operations Management and Production Economics from the Johannes Kepler University in Austria. Between 2007 and 2010, Mr. Caron-Labonte worked in Europe as purchasing manager for the DO & CO Group, a company that manages and owns an extensive portfolio of assets in the European restaurant and entertainment industry. This entertainment experience allowed him to collaborate on various world-class sporting events including Formula One, the Vancouver Olympics, and ATP tennis in Madrid, Spain.
