Maxim Announces AGM Results

("Maxim" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MXM)(FRANKFURT: M5HA)(OTCBB: MXMSF) held its Annual General Meeting on October 31, 2014, at the office of the Company. The meeting was called to order with a substantial quorum achieved.
The resolutions contained in the Company's Proxy Form were passed and there was no new business brought forward, these included;
