A perfect way for tenants to explore the Downtown Los Angeles area in style, City Cruisers offer sturdy steel frames, three-speed selections and soft leather saddles allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience for riders of all skill levels. TenTen Wilshire's City Cruiser rentals are available on weekends and weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm, and each bike the facility rents out undergoes a meticulous maintenance and inspection process. At each checkout and return, the bike number and date/time is noted, along with safety and operational features such as tires, brakes, gears and reflectors, in addition to inspecting for appearance and damages. Also during the checkout process is a verification for valid ID to ensure the user/tenant is over 18 years of age.
In keeping with a stringent, encompassing rental policy for its City Cruiser service, requires tenants to acknowledge that they have been provided a helmet, lock and key -- or if they have waived the helmet, lock and key option -- and that they have been shown how the brakes operate, gear changing operates, that the tires are inflated, that the reflectors are clean and visible and that any pre-existing damages to the bicycle have been noted.
As part of a user's agreement, which is filed at TenTen Wilshire, tenants renting the bikes must complete the left section of a daily log sheet while facility representatives complete the middle section. The return process includes users bringing the bicycles back to TenTen Wilshire and its representatives completing the right side of the daily log sheet.
