ARTPRICE.COM to join EnterNext©PEA-PME 150 Index

ARTPRICE.COM will be among the 150 companies in the new EnterNext©PEA-PME 150
Index to be launched on 17 November 2014.
This new index is part of a family of EuroNext Indices created to promote
investment in small, medium and intermediate companies (SMEs and ETIs
-Entreprises de taille intermédiaire) via share savings plans (PEAs -Plan
d'épargne en actions- in France) and to raise investor awareness of this segment
of the economy. The initiative also aims to meet financial industry demand for
the creation of a benchmark for the medium-sized companies eligible for share-
plan investment. The Index's sector diversity will make it an unavoidable
investor reference for the most liquid SMEs on the stock market.
According to thierry Ehrmann, the CEO and founder of Artprice, "this index will
enhance Artprice.com's visibility to a new population of investors, exactly as
Euronext described in its communiqué of 3 November 2014."
The composition of the index:
This new index, EnterNext© PEA-PME 150, is composed of 150 French companies
supported by EnterNext, listed on the Paris Euronext and Alternext indices and
among the 80% most liquid SMEs eligible for share-plan investment.
It is part of a family of Euronext indices dedicated to share-plan SME
investment, an initiative launched by the French government to promote the
investment of France's national savings in shares and thereby contribute to the
development of SMEs and ETIs.
The selected companies will be ranked by their capital free float which may not
exceed 2.5% of the index's total capitalisation. There is also a sector limit of
20%.
The index will be revised once a year and its weighting reviewed on a quarterly
basis.
As of 17 November 2014, investors will have access to a full list of the
companies in the new index on the EuroNext website.
The creation of the index also responds to industry requests for SME benchmarks.
Its sector diversity will make it a valuable reference for investors wishing to
play the most liquid listed SMEs.
