Industry Expert Mark Williams Joins Netherby Advisors as Head of Family Office and Risk Management Services

Williams has joined the firm as Partner responsible for Family Office and Risk Management Services. In this role, Mark will lead the Risk Management practice targeting Family Offices, Hedge Funds and High Net Worth Financial Advisors in the areas of enterprise risk management, operational risk and control, data security and portfolio risk management.
Mark is a nationally recognized risk management expert in the financial services industry and currently on the Finance Faculty of Boston University. Prior to joining BU, Mark held positions as a trust officer, a Federal Reserve Bank examiner and a senior executive for a major trading company. Mark is a frequent commentator for national print and TV media and the author of Uncontrolled Risk: The Lessons of Lehman Brothers and How Systemic Risk Can Still Bring Down the World Financial System.
