Ridley Inc.: Result of Voting for Directors at Annual Shareholders' Meeting
(firmenpresse) - MANKATO, MINNESOTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/07/14 -- Ridley Inc. (TSX: RCL) today reported the results of the vote on the election of directors at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on November 6, 2014.
Each of the nominee directors listed in the Corporation's management proxy circular dated September 26, 2014 was elected as a director, without a vote by ballot being conducted. The Corporation received proxies for common shares to vote for the six directors nominated for election as set forth in the table below.
