Peter Dixen appointed CEO A+W Software GmbH
Focus on Customer Satisfaction
(PresseBox) - 14 - Mark Thompson, Chief Executive Officer of the Friedman Operating Group, is pleased to announce that Peter Dixen has been named CEO of A+W Software GmbH. In this role he is succeeding Dr. Uwe Schmid, who has left to pursue other opportunities. We would like to thank Dr. Schmid for his role in strengthening A+W's product offering and market leadership under his tenure and we wish him every success in his future career.
Peter Dixen has assumed full responsibility for the worldwide operations of the A+W Software operating unit. Peter brings more than 20 years of glass and fenestration IT industry experience to his new role. His previous experience includes 13 years as IT application and internal software development director for an international glass company, A+W support manager focused on key accounts and, most recently, A+W Vice President Sales & Marketing. Apart from his native language, Danish, Peter also speaks English, German, French and Japanese.
Based on his long-term experience in the glass industry, Peter will focus on customer satisfaction as well as long-lasting partnerships and cooperation with all A+W customers. The requirements and expectations of customers will be the main goal for all sections of A+W, with a specific emphasis on strategic product development to meet the needs of A+W customers today and tomorrow.
