Groupe Bikini Village Common Shares to Commence Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on November 13, 2014
(firmenpresse) - SAINTE-JULIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 11/12/14 -- Groupe Bikini Village inc. (TSX: GBV) ("Groupe Bikini Village" or the "Corporation") today announced that, further to notice received from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), its common shares will begin trading on the TSXV under its present symbol "GBV" at market open on November 13, 2014.
As previously announced on July 23, 2014, the Corporation had applied to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange, which will occur at the close of business on November 12, 2014 (5:01 p.m. EST), and at which time its common shares will be concurrently listed on the TSXV.
