Klövern's ordinary share changes name to Class A ordinary share

Klövern's ordinary share will from Monday 17 November 2014 be traded under the
name Class A ordinary share. The share will have the short name KLOVA. The
share's ISIN code, SE0000331225, is not affected.
The change of name was resolved at the extraordinary general meeting on 22
October 2014 and is a step ahead of the upcoming bonus issue of Class B ordinary
shares. The change of name does not entail any other changes for the share.
