(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Indochina Capital Vietnam Holdings LimitedProposals UpdateFollowing the extraordinary general meeting held on 11 May 2009 theBoard has had extensive discussions with parties representing asignificant proportion of the Company's issued share capital. As aresult of these discussions, the Board intends to recommend newproposals to shareholders for a split of the Company's portfolio intoa realisation portfolio and a continuation portfolio withshareholders on the register at 5.00 pm on 16 July 2009 being giventhe opportunity to choose (subject to certain limits) in whichportfolio(s) they wish to be invested and thereby whether or not tostay invested in the Company. It is expected that the initial netasset value per share of the realisation portfolio will be valued ata 15% discount to the net asset value per share of the Company at thecalculation date for the split, thereby leading to a higher initialnet asset value per share of the continuation portfolio.The Company is currently preparing documentation in relation to theproposals and is in the final stages of negotiating new portfoliomanagement arrangements.
