Cadillac Ventures Inc. Announces Director Resignation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/17/14 -- Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CDC)(OTC: CADIF) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Bing Pan as Director.
The Company thanks Mr. Pan for his contributions while being a Director and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
Mr. Pan, pursuant to an agreement made as of March 4, 2013 between the Company and Sino-Canada Resources Fund 1 ("Sino-Canada") was Sino-Canada's nominee on the Company's Board of Directors. Sino-Canada has recommended Mrs. Lulu Yan to be their nominee on the Company's Board of Directors. Accordingly at Cadillac's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on November 20th, 2014 Mrs. Yan will be proposed as a nominee of management in place of Mr. Pan.
