Ethan Allen Declares Cash Dividend

DANBURY, CT (November 18, 2014) -- Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. ("Ethan Allen" or
the "Company") (NYSE:ETH) announced today that its Board of Directors has
declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share which will be
payable to shareholders of record as of Friday, January 9, 2015 and will be paid
on Monday, January 26, 2015.
Farooq Kathwari, Chairman and CEO commented, "We are pleased to continue our
payment of this regular quarterly cash dividend."
