Raise Production Inc. Announces Granting of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/19/14 -- Raise Production Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RPC) ("Raise" or the "Company") announces that it has granted 300,000 stock options, on November 18, 2014, to purchase common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $1.15/share. The stock options have been granted to officers and directors of the Company under the Company's stock option plan and will have a 5 year term. Each option granted and any common shares issued under exercise of the options will be subject to a four month hold period. The stock options will be subject to certain vesting provisions.
