Venturi Ventures Issues 38,000 Options

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/20/14 -- Venturi Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VVV) (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, it has issued 38,000 stock options to Bob Rai, director of the Company. The options are immediately vested and exercisable, have an exercise price of $0.15 per common share, and will expire if not exercised prior to November 20, 2024.
