Amseco Exploration Ltd.: Start of Exploration Work in James Bay

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/18/11 -- During the months of July and August 2011, exploration work will be conducted on two properties belonging to Amseco Exploration Ltd (the Company) (TSX VENTURE: AEL) located in the James Bay region, more precisely in the area of Lake Discovery on the Lake Yasinski property and on the Chika property.

The objective for this geological outcropping and sampling is to validate historical data and explain the source of untested airborne geophysical anomalies. Previous reports reveal in those areas the presence of polymetallic mineralization with sulfides (Cu-Zn-Pb-Au-Ag) combined with veins of quartz, shear zones and quartzite.

Selected grab samples and channel sampling will be extracted from the mineralized areas. The analysis results will be evaluated according to new geological models based on the previous work study.

General assembly for the shareholders

The Company's annual general assembly for the shareholders was held in Montreal on July 7th 2011. Every resolution submitted to the shareholders has been adopted unanimously and without amendment.

Stock options for the Directors

During the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 14th 2011, Exploration AMSECO Ltd has adopted a resolution stipulating that 1.85 million of stock options be distributed to the directors and one officer of the Company.
