Vantex Acquires 8 New Cells in Bousquet
(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 11/25/14 -- In continuation with its development strategy, the management of Vantex Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A)(ALP: VAX) ("Vantex") announces the acquisition of a 100% interest in 8 mining cells in the Bousquet township. These cells are located on the north border of the Normar property that was recently acquired by Vantex from Atlanta Gold Inc. (November 18, 2014 Press release).
Location map:
This new property was acquired from Globex Mining Enterprises in exchange for 300,000 common shares of Vantex and a 0.50 % Gross Metal Royalty (GMR). The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The management of Vantex intends to acquire more projects in areas with high potential for gold discoveries.
