Somerset Capital Advisors LLC Calls for Change at Volt Information Services
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (Marketwired) -- 11/25/14 -- Somerset Capital Advisors LLC announced today that it sent a letter dated October 31, 2014, to the Board of Directors of Volt Information Services expressing dissatisfaction with the Company's current management and its Board of Directors, to which the Company has not responded. Somerset's letter raised similar concerns as those expressed in a publicly available letter sent to the Company dated November 19, 2014 by Livermore Partners, a fund not affiliated with Somerset. Somerset remains supportive of the objectives set forth in the Livermore Partners letter and looks forward to working with shareholders in the future to bring about the necessary changes to both leadership and governance policies at the Company.
