ZIMTU CAPITAL CORP. INCREASES POSITION IN ELECTRA GOLD LTD.
November 26, 2014 - Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXv: ZC; FSE: ZCT1) (the Company or Zimtu) is pleased to announce that it has acquired 10,000,000 common shares of Electra Gold Ltd. at a deemed price of $0.0507 per share for a debt settlement transaction on October 10, 2014. Following this transaction, Zimtu holds a total of 10,314,500 common shares or 27.13% of the current 38,013,670 issued and outstanding common shares.
These securities were acquired for investment purposes only, Zimtu intends to evaluate the investment and to increase or decrease holdings as circumstances warrant.
