Atlas Mara Co-Nvest Limited: Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights
(firmenpresse) - TORTOLA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 11/28/14 -- Atlas Mara Co-Nvest Limited ("Atlas Mara") (LSE: ATMA) today announces that an additional 34,076 ordinary shares have been allotted and issued in connection with the mandatory public offer to the minority shareholders of ABC Holdings Limited.
Atlas Mara expects the ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 3 December 2014.
Following the issuance of the 34,076 ordinary shares, Atlas Mara's total number of ordinary shares is 72,458,524.
In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Atlas Mara hereby notifies the market that the total number of voting rights in Atlas Mara is 72,458,524.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Atlas Mara under the DTRs.
