Huntington Corporate Update - Cancellation of Non-Brokered Financing

("HEI" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: HEI) announced today that, further to its press release dated October 30, 2014, the Corporation has cancelled the previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of units, due to unfavourable market conditions.
HEI is an exploration-focused Corporation actively pursuing opportunities in the oil and natural gas business in the Western Canada sedimentary basin.
