ACT360 Solutions Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/01/14 -- ACT360 Solutions Ltd. (the "Company" or "ACT360 Solutions") (TSX VENTURE: AKM) announced the appointment of Mr. Charles Jenkins as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
Vincent Wong, CEO of ACT360 Solutions, advised "Mr. Jenkins' is a welcome addition to our corporate development team as we grow our portfolio of online customer acquisition businesses. His extensive experience with cross-border transactions will help ensure the efficient execution of the Company's growth-by-acquisition strategy."
Mr. Jenkins has broad experience in accounting, banking, securities regulation and corporate finance. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of issuers, most recently Evolving Gold Corporation and Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd., a natural foods and nutraceutical marketing company. Prior to his involvement with public companies, he previously worked in corporate finance with brokerage houses in Vancouver and Calgary and as a securities regulator.
Further to the consulting agreement with Mr. Jenkins, the Company has granted him a stock option to purchase 150,000 common shares of the Company at $0.15 per share for a three-year term.
The appointment of Mr. Jenkins as Chief Financial Officer and his stock option grant are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
