The Company ended the year with record stockholders equity and vastly reduced debt levels compared to the end of 2013.
Company founder Scott Gallagher commented on today's news, "It has been a long road in building TheDirectory.com network from a group of raw domain names and an idea into a high growth multimillion dollar business capable of dominating vertical markets. After the global financial meltdown of 2008 and 2009 that bankrupted so many young companies, we ceased our financial reporting with the SEC and focused on surviving.
