Brownstone Energy Announces Voluntary Delisting from OTCQX

(TSX VENTURE: BWN)(OTCQX: BWSOF) (the "Company") announces that its common shares will be voluntarily delisted from the OTCQX effective at the close of the market on December 31, 2014. The company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "BWN".
